Lil bit worried

I know that most women would really worry if they gain extra pounds in their body. I have to say that I admire people with such great bodies and discipline in doing their daily exercises. I lack those discipline and in fact, my work as a desktop publisher puts me in a sedentary lifestyle sitting all day in front of my computer.

Exercise is the last thing in my routine right now but actually I am not so big or overweight as you might think. I am just 5 ft tall and weighs 110 lbs, sounds a good weight for my height huh but actually I have extra fat around my waist that I hate so much. With that being said, I still don’t need to take diet pills like what other big women would consider. There are diet pills review online that you ca read just in case you need one, in fact I just read that you can get
Phentermine without a prescription. Just read reviews before taking one, ok?

Ate Jen, ganyan daw talaga. My doctor said na pag nagka edad na raw ang tao, mag slow na daw ang metabolism. So kailangan talaga ng exercise. Hmm, I wonder kailan pa kaya ako magkaron ng extra fat? Susmeyo, ang bilis ng metabolism ko kaya kahit anong lamon ko di pa rin tumaba...
